Delivery is $10 and available Australia wide. If you wish to purchase an item internationally, please contact us directly for a quote.

Purchases are shipped every Monday and will be delivered in 5-10 business days.

Perth Metro delivery fees are as follows; $15.00 for orders up to $250, $60.00 for orders over $250 up to $1000, $130 for order over $1000.

WA Regional delivery fees are as follows; $20.00 for orders up to $250, $90.00 for orders over $250 up to $1000, $200 for order over $1000.

Metro Delivery covers Alkimos to Mandurah, and east including Bullsbrook, Midland, Armadale and Serpentine. For any areas outside these suburbs, including interstate and international orders, a separate quote will be provided in addition to the purchase price of your furniture.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.

Delivery times vary by stock availability. For items that are in stock please allow 5-7 business days for the process of picking and packing your item. We aim to dispatch stocked items within this 5-7 day period. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing time and may differ depending on the carrier used.

Bulky items such as double hanging chairs, loungers / day beds and cabinets will be sent with a specialised furniture removals company. These items will take 7-10 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. The processing time is in addition to this. You will be contacted by the removals company 24 hours prior to delivery where you will be given a 2 hour window for delivery.

Products can either be ‘In Stock’ or ‘Notify me’ depending on the stock's availability.

If you purchase both furniture and homewares, you may receive multiple deliveries that can either come directly from our warehouse or store.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes as our products are too large. This also includes Parcel Lockers, GPO, Locker Bag and RMB addresses. Our products are delivered by courier and may require a signature upon delivery.

We do not currently deliver to any locations outside of Australia.

A person over the age of 18 is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address. If no such person is at the delivery address:

• Small homeware items will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the courier.

• For large homeware and furniture items, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

For furniture deliveries, we will contact you prior to delivery to ensure someone over the age of 18 will be available to receive the item. If you know yourself or another person will not be available at the delivery address, please let us know.

All due diligence will be taken to get your items to you for your scheduled delivery arrival time. However, if there is no one to accept the delivery and there is no authority to leave you will still be charged full delivery fee. Your piece will be taken back to our warehouse and there will be a secondary delivery charge for this to be redelivered
