Is there a pre-authorisation fee for reservations?
All bookings required a pre-authorisation payment of $25pp. You will not be charged upon booking, you will only be charged if you do not arrive for your table, or if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your booking.
Please note our policy is firm, and applies in the event of sickness, inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances. We encourage you to consider this before securing your reservation.
Are you dog friendly?
Dogs are not permitted. Please note that if you arrive with your pet, we will not be able to accomodate you and your reservation will be cancelled.
Should you wish to visit us whilst with your dog, we invite you to stop by our Kofe Kabana to enjoy barista coffee and artisan ice cream.
We have a special occasion coming up. Can we book for a large group?
We can accept bookings for groups of up to 18 guests. Should you wish to visit with a larger group, feel free to contact us and we can assist you with details about hiring the Beach House privately.
We love welcoming guests for special celebrations, so please let us know if we can do anything to make your time with us even more memorable. Whilst we do not permit banners, balloons or signage, you are welcome to bring florals for the table decoration.
Are you open for dinner?
We are currently not open for dinner, however we host exclusive seasonal dinner events through out the year. To be the first to know about our upcoming events, join our mailing list below.
Can we host our wedding or private event at ilma Beach House?
Yes absolutely, you can find all the information on our weddings & events here. Please reach out to us directly for our up-to-date availability.
Do you accept walk ins?
Whilst reservations are highly recommended, particularly in peak season, we will always do our best to accomodate walk ins where possible.
